I’m not having luck finding the video, but s researcher was going though Elizabethan records and at first couldn’t figure why there were so many drownings. Slipping into deep icy water is deadly possibility. People don’t expect how it can completely fog your thinking and motion.
A friends cousin died when his canoe tipped and we wasn’t wearing his vest. And a coworkers dad when boat sank a few hundred feet from the lake shore.
